Endlich ist es soweit!
Seit ein paar Tagen ist unsere Sojatoastanlage in Betrieb.
Die Bohnen werden mit dem Elevator vom Wagen hoch in den Vorratsbehälter befördert.
Von dort aus werden sie im Toaster erhitzt - die unerwünschten Trypsin-Inhibitoren somit ausgeschaltet.
Anschließend gelangen die noch warmen Bohnen in die Presse, wo das Öl ausgepresst und gesondert aufgefangen wird.
Der fertige Sojakuchen fällt zur Zwischenlagerung in ein abgetrenntes Abteil und ist dann bereit zur Verfütterung.

Hier ein aktueller Einblick in den Aufbau der Aufbereitungsanlage für Sojabohnen. Wir arbeiten auf Hochtouren an der Fertigstellung.

Sobald die Anlage einsatzbereit ist, folgen weitere Informationen zu ihrer Funktion und dem Ablauf des Toastens.

 

Das sogenannte "Toasten" von Sojabohnen ist notwendig, da der enthaltene Hemmstoff Trypsin-Inhibitor die Proteinverdauung bei Rind, Schwein und Geflügel beeinträchtigt. Durch thermische Behandlung wird dieser inaktiviert und ein hochwertiges Eiweißfutter entsteht.
