Endlich ist es soweit!
Seit ein paar Tagen ist unsere Sojatoastanlage in Betrieb.
Die Bohnen werden mit dem Elevator vom Wagen hoch in den Vorratsbehälter befördert.
Von dort aus werden sie im Toaster erhitzt - die unerwünschten Trypsin-Inhibitoren somit ausgeschaltet.
Anschließend gelangen die noch warmen Bohnen in die Presse, wo das Öl ausgepresst und gesondert aufgefangen wird.
Der fertige Sojakuchen fällt zur Zwischenlagerung in ein abgetrenntes Abteil und ist dann bereit zur Verfütterung.

Damit verabschieden wir uns für dieses Jahr und wünschen allen Kunden, Freunden und Bekannten ein gesundes und erfolgreiches Jahr 2020!
