Soja - Von der Aussaat bis zum Futtermittel (3/4)

Die Ernte der Sojabohnen ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Aufgrund der vielen Niederschläge dauerte der Erntezeitraum dieses Jahr etwas länger und ein Großteil der Sojabohnen musste nach den Drusch noch getrocknet werden. Dennoch schauen wir auf eine erfolgreiche Ernte zurück. Unsere Flex-Schneidwerke haben sich auch auf nassem Untergrund bewiesen und wieder für eine verlustarme Ernte gesorgt.

Die diesjährige Getreideernte ist abgeschlossen. Wir haben Gerste, Weizen, Raps, Ackerbohnen, Hafer, Dinkel und auch Öllein gedroschen. Aufgrund des vielen Regens waren die Böden besonders feucht, konnten aber durch die Raupenfahrwerke geschont werden. 

Die Ernte von Sojabohnen und Körnermais steht noch bevor und wird in den nöchsten Wochen starten.

Durch die vielen Niederschläge in unserer Region haben sich die Sojabestände gut entwickelt. Die Knöllchenbakterien, die wir mit dem Saatgut ausgesät haben, sammeln für die Sojapflanze Stickstoff aus der Luft und machen diesen pflanzenverfügbar. Im Gegenzug bekommen die Bakterien Nährstoffe von der Pflanze.

Auf den Bildern erkennt man die weißen Knöllchen an den Wurzeln, die rote Färbung im inneren der Knöllchen spricht für eine funktionierende Stickstofffixierung.

Soja - von der Aussaat bis zum Futtermittel (1/4) Der Sojabohnennachschub für die Toastanlage beginnt zu wachsen.

Nach sorgfältiger Impfung des Saatgutes mit den nötigen Knöllchenbakterien haben wir vor gut einer Woche die letzten Sojabohnen gesät.

Mit der speziell auf Soja umgebauten Einzelkornsätechnik erreichen wir eine gleichmäßige Tiefenablage, gleichmäßige Feldaufgänge und die mechanische Unkrautregulierung ist möglich.

 

Mais Aussaat 2021

Seit einigen Wochen sind wir mit der Mais Aussaat beschäftigt. Mittlerweile ist der erste Mais gekeimt und aufgelaufen. Mit unserer 6- und 8-reihigen Sätechnik können wir die Maiskörner mit einem Reihenabstand von 75cm präzise ablegen und damit für einen guten Start der Maispflanze sorgen. Die gleichzeitig ausgebrachte Unterfußdüngung unterstützt dabei.

Zur Zeit sind wir unter anderem mit der Körnermaisernte beschäftigt. Die Maiskörner werden entweder direkt in unserer Feuchtmaismühle vermahlen und anschließend einsiliert oder in der mobilen Trocknung auf Lagertemperatur getrocknet.
