Im Jahr 2014 haben wir uns als Anerkannten Fachbetrieb (AFB) qualifiziert. Diese Auszeichnung verleiht der Bundesverband Lohnunternehmen e.V. Zu Beginn gab es eine Vorprüfung, ob unser Betrieb für den AFB geeignet ist. Das Augenmerk wurde dabei neben der Betriebswirtschaft auf die betrieblichen Anlagen wie Tankplatz, Waschplatz, Werkstatt, Sozialräume, Büro und äußeres Erscheinungsbild des Betriebes gelegt. Danach folgte die Kundenbefragung. Sie umfasste Fragen zur Arbeitsleistung, zu Kontakt und Beratung, zu den Mitarbeitern und zur Qualität der Dienstleistung. Über die vielen Rückmeldungen und eine sehr gute Bewertung freuten wir uns sehr. Dies ist uns immer noch ein Ansporn und wir wollen auch weiterhin die Herausforderungen im Dialog meistern. In diesem Sinne, sind wir auch nach einigen Jahren immer noch zuverlässig für unsere Kunden da.
